Your health—both physical and mental—is the most valuable asset you and your organization have.

When a leader burns out, the business burns out too.
To remain effective and find new solutions, it is important to stop and recharge in time.

Retreat programs example

Format: 3 days of practices and group work.
Day 1. Reset
Day 2. Me as a Leader
Take an honest look at your current situation: where energy is lost, what drains your strength, and what gives you resources. Practices for mindfulness and diagnosing your personal state.
How do I show up in my team? What helps me lead people forward, and what leads to burnout? We work with feedback, explore strengths and personal leadership style, and learn to set boundaries and maintain balance.
Create a leadership strategy without burnout: vision, goals, and supportive practices. Each participant builds a personal action plan, and the group agrees on mutual support. We finish with a creative message to ourselves.
Day 3. A New Foundation
Retreat Goals
01/
Recognize the sources of burnout and restore energy
02/
Shape a leadership style that works without overload
03/
Receive support and feedback from the group
04/
Return to work with a clear mind and sustainable energy
Explore how emotions show up in management: what helps engage the team and what undermines trust. Work with group feedback, practice managing reactions, and improve communication in difficult situations.
Build a toolkit for handling emotions in business: recovery techniques, ways to refocus attention, and skills of taking an “emotional pause.” Each participant creates their own strategy for emotional leadership.
Identify which emotions most often drive you as a leader: stress, irritation, anxiety, or, on the contrary, inspiration and confidence. Learn to recognize your states and understand how they influence the team.
Day 1. Awareness and Diagnostics
Day 2. Emotions in Leadership and Relationships
Day 3. Emotional Resilience
Retreat Goals
01/
Learn to recognize and manage your own emotions
02/
Reduce stress and conflict levels at work
03/
Strengthen trust and inspiration within the team
04/
Reach a new level of emotional resilience as a leader
We will stop and review year results: achievements, challenges, and lessons learned. Participants will provide an annual update, share key events, and decide on the format they would like to use for the work with the group.
Day 1. THE PAST
Day 2. THE PRESENT
The main focus is on “who I am now” and “how others see me”. We will have a self-discovery workshop, exchange feedback, work with resources and each person’s contribution to the group. We will create a map of strengths and agree on how to use the group’s potential to support each other.
We will immerse ourselves into a personal vision and goals for the next stage. Each participant will create their own roadmap and receive feedback and ideas from the group. We will conclude the retreat with a creative message to ourselves and agreements on support in implementing our plans.
Day 3. THE FUTURE
Retreat Goals
01/
Summarise and complete the unfinished
02/
Look at oneself from the outside and understand the team better
03/
Put together personal strategies and plans for the future.
04/
Come back full of energy, clarity, and a feeling of support within the group
I look forward to seeing you at the upcoming sessions
